Night of Drama

The second play on the programme for Kanturk’s “Night of Drama” is “The 1916 Revolution Will Not Be Televised, Brother” by Aidan O’ Keeffe. It’s the Saturday after Easter Monday, 1916. Short Story Competition Results

Kanturk Arts Festival is delighted to announce the winners of its inaugural Short Story Competition. Entries were received from far and wide for this competition which had a total prize fund of €500.00. The respected author Mary Bradford (who will be appearing at the festival to promote her debut novel “My Husband’s Sin”) spent considerable time weighing up the merits of each individual entry and in the end she has decided to award
