An Afternoon of Liteature

Wonderful day yesterday at Kanturk Arts Festival. Guest author Mary Bradford who wrote ‘My Husband’s Sin’ gave a lovely self-deprecating and informative talk on her writing journey at the Trade Union Hall followed by readings from Around the Farm Gate.
Brigid Daly read her own composition “Rural Slices”
and Mary Angland read John Dillion’s “The Murhur Reel”.
Other stories from rural Ireland of the past were read by Aiden O’Keeffe, Viv Buckley and Cian O’Sullivan.
