Elayne O’Connor

Representation of the cycle of life…

Elayne’s work is a representation of the cycle of life. Nature and life always leave evidence of their presence, and it is this aspect of leaving a trace through the passage of time that finds expression in her work. From a young age, she has always had a great interest in nature and to this day, it’s still a huge influence on her thoughts and artwork.

In this modern world, we can all see how much our actions have an impact on our environment and how much of a responsibility we have on its future. Elayne’s body of work is a visual exploration of the fragility and exploitation of nature.
